A flagship of Chablis’s Premiers Crus, our Chablis Vaucoupin 2021 seduced the palate of Neal Martin, who criss-crossed the Chablis region to discover and taste the 2021 and 2022 vintages.
In his article Where Art Thou Chablis ? – Chablis 2021, 2022 published on September 19, 2023, he shares his impressions : « The 2021 Chablis Vaucoupin 1er Cru has a fresh, vibrant nose with red apple, melon and light floral scents. The palate is well-balanced, with ample weight and fine acidity. This is a well-crafted, generous 2021 Chablis with peachy apricot notes springing up on the finish. This shows the Les Preuses how it’s done. Very fine. »
